1. What is a Tagged pet tag?

Tagged is a scannable pet tag with a QR code and unique URL that links to your pet’s profile, containing all its essential information to make sure your pet gets home safe.

2. How does Tagged work?

Scan the QR code on the tag to instantly access your pet’s profile, which includes contact and care details. Visit our How it Works Page 

3. What is the pet profile?

Your pet’s profile shows multiple contacts with details including:

  • Phone number(s)
  • Address(es)
  • Health info (medications, allergies, sterilisation)
  • Behaviour notes (e.g. good with dogs, cats, children)
  • Vet info (clinic name, vet phone, rabies details)
  • A short bio about your pet

4. How do I access my pet’s profile without scanning the tag?

Sign in on found.tagged-pets.com to view or update your pet’s profile remotely.

5. Is there a subscription fee?

Nope. Tagged is a one-time purchase, no monthly fee . We know that sometimes monthly fees can experience issues where payments don’t go through and we want to keep pets safe 100% of the time.

6. How long do Tagged pet tags last?

They require no batteries, powered purely by QR codes.

7. Can I control who sees my contact info?

Yes, your details are safe! With just a tap of the button, you can hide your details from public view unlike traditional pet tags.

8. Can someone share my pet’s GPS location?

Yes! When someone scans the tag, they can optionally share their location to help reunite you with your pet.

9. Does the finder need a Tagged tag or profile?

Nope! Anyone with a smartphone can scan the QR code and view your pet’s profile even without a Tagged account.

10. Can I have multiple pets under one account?

Yes! Register and manage unlimited pet profiles under your one Tagged account.

11. What happens after I order? When do I set up profiles?

Each order includes a card with instructions. Use the unique tag QR code to activate your pet’s profile once the tag arrive.

12. Will Tagged work internationally?

Yes! Our service is global! No matter where your pet travels, the tag can still be scanned and used.

13. Is Tagged compatible with all smartphones?

Yes! Our QR and URL setup works with any smartphone, iOS or Android.

14. What sizes are the tags?

To offer your pets a perfect fit, we offer 2 sizes. Large tags are 32mmin diameter (perfect for medium/large dogs). Small tags are 23mm in diameter (perfect for cats, small dogs, and other smaller pets!).

15. Are Tagged pet tags waterproof?

Yes, fully waterproof, built to withstand all kinds of adventures.

Orders

1. Shipping destinations & times
  • We currently ship to the UK only.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
2. Returns & Refunds

We really hope you don’t need to return an item! Are returns policy is below should you need to:

  • If a tag arrives damaged or faulty, email proof within 3 days for a full refund.

To request a return, email us on support@tagged-pets.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. You're responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued once the item is inspected.

We accept Credit & Debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal at checkout .

4. Order placement

Add items to your cart, checkout with your delivery & payment info, and your order ships in 1–2 business days .

5. How can I track my order?

After shipping, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. If missing, please contact support@tagged-pets.com

6. What if my Tagged didn’t arrive?

Check your address, wait 48 hours for possible delays. If still missing, contact your local carrier with the tracking details or email us at support@tagged-pets.com
