Terms & Conditions

At Tagged Pets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your pet tag, you have the right to return it in accordance with UK consumer law.

Change of Mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013):

  • You may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with original packaging.


Faulty or Incorrect Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015):

  • If your tag arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.


Personalised Tags:

  • As our tags are custom-engraved with your details, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has started, unless the item is faulty or we made an error in the engraving.


How to Return:

  • Please email our support team at info@tagged-pets.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
